“ASTRO BOY” is a science fiction hero animation created by Osamu Tezuka.Broadcast from 1963 to 1966, it was Japan’s first full-fledged, 30-minute-per-episode TV animation series with a total of 193 episodes (with some exceptions in black and white).At the start of the broadcast, there was a stock of original manga stories that had previously been serialised in monthly magazines for more than ten years, but the majority of the original Atom episodes were rearranged from the animated episodes or were based on other Tezuka manga works, for example.
Synopsis
The story is an animated science fiction hero animation set in the future, featuring a 100,000-horsepower robot boy named Atom. Atom is a child synthetic who goes on various adventures and solves cases for people.
