“CAT’S EYE” is a mysterious female bandit specialising in art. Toshio Utsumi, a detective at the Inunaki Police Station, always fails to arrest Cat’s Eye, gets yelled at by his superiors and is in danger of being transferred to the left.
Toshio’s girlfriend, Hitomi Kisugi, who runs a coffee shop in front of the station where Toshio works, with the exact same name as the bandit, always listens to Toshio’s complaints. However, Hitomi and the other three Kisugi sisters are the true identity of Cat’s Eye. Cat’s Eye’s prey are all works and relics of a European painter called Heinz, but there is a connection between Heinz and Cat’s Eye.

“CAT’S EYE” is a work by Tsukasa Hojo, and has an atmosphere similar to that of City Hunter, with an impression of a comedy that has been successfully mixed with seriousness.
The second of the three Kisugi sisters, “Hitomi” and “Toshio”, have been lovers since high school, and the highlights of this work are their romantic relationships, which sometimes involve them as lovers and sometimes as enemies, as well as their near misses many times.
The three sisters are also unique, basically a glamorous older sister, a tsundere second sister and a pampered younger sister. The most simple and typical female figures are exaggerated with gaps between them, and the guest characters appear on a case-by-case basis.
