DORAEMON|Anime

“DORAEMON” is nationally known in Japan and highly popular overseas, especially in East and Southeast Asia. Created by Japanese cartoonist Fujiko F. Fujio (Hiroshi Fujimoto), the manga series began in 1969 and was serialized in children’s magazines. 1979 saw the start of an animated television series.

The story is about “DORAEMON,” a cat-shaped robot from the future, and the daily adventures and mayhem that unfold using the tools he possesses.
The story mainly depicts the daily life of the two main characters, “DORAEMON” and Nobita Nobi (Noby), who lives with him. The basic pattern of the story is that Doraemon appears to Nobita’s troubles and problems and asks for help using tools from the future. Various unique and fantastic tools appear in each episode, such as the “Dokodemo Door,” which moves through space, and the “Videophone,” which allows the viewer to watch news from the future.

The interactions between Doraemon and Noby and the mayhem they cause always make the viewer laugh, and the simple yet profound humor is everywhere, making the viewer feel at ease.
The stories sometimes include touching episodes and human dramas such as friendship and family love. Noby and his friends grow up while overcoming various troubles and difficulties, which is loved by viewers and has been loved by a wide range of generations, and is still loved by many people as the absolute national anime of Japan.
